Monday thru Thursday – 6:30 am and 6:30 pm
Wednesday and Friday – 9:30 am
Saturdays – 10:00 am
If I am out of shape can I still do the program?
Yes, we have modifications for every exercise and we can scale the workouts to your fitness levels.
